2020 – 2021 Colorado PTA Membership Challenge

Colorado PTA Mission: To make every child’s potential a reality by empowering and engaging families and communities to advocate for all children.
The Colorado PTA Board of Directors and Field Service Team is excited to announce this year’s Membership Challenge to recognize units that meet the following criteria each month. It is designed to keep your focus on our mission and your success.
September 1, 2020 – submitted dues for elected officers for your PTA/PTSA (based on Officer list) and have Officers registered in MemberHub.
October 1, 2020 * – submitted dues reflect an increase over last year’s membership totals (dues submitted via MemberHub).
November 1, 2020 – units have identified Advocacy Liaison, Diversity & Inclusion Liaison, or Health, Wellness, and Safety Liaison. Added bonus: each Liaison has set up a HUB in MemberHub for their committee work (HUB communications can be set up for meeting reminders, discussion, group activities etc.).
December 1, 2020 – units have attended 2 out of 3 Zooming Into Membership events (Unit Membership Lead and at least 2 members or more must have attended to qualify).
February 1, 2021 * – submitted dues to reflect an increase over last year’s membership totals (dues submitted via MemberHub) and 70% of your members have a MemberHub account.
March 1 – units have attended 3 out of 3 Zooming Into Membership events (Unit Membership Lead and at least 2 members of more must have attended to qualify).
April 1, 2021 – deadline for 2020 – 2021 Colorado PTA Membership awards

MemberHub is the official Colorado PTA membership tracking system. Units can elect not to use MemberHub however we are encouraging all units to submit their membership reports and dues via MemberHub. Contact your Field Service representative with any questions.
Take advantage of all the resources available to you! Share your successes! Contact your Region Director or Council with any questions or to share your great ideas to increase membership.
Membership Awards!
Honor Roll – Each month, units reporting more members than least year’s numbers will be recognized on the Colorado PTA website. In addition to the membership challenges, the following awards will be presented at the annual Colorado PTA Convention.
