Every child deserves daily access to healthy, fresh food. Research shows that nutrition affects student achievement. Making school meals healthy, delicious, and successful is both a challenge and an incredible opportunity. Join Action for Healthy Kids and Colorado PTA to find out how school food departments work and how parents can provide support and meaningful collaboration to create healthier school meals that kids want to eat. Presented by the Chef Ann Foundation | Mara Fleishman, CEO and Leslie Stafford, Director of Accounting & HR. The Chef Ann Foundation provides school communities with the tools, training, resources and funding that enables them to create healthier food and redefine lunchroom environments.

Scientific literature review of marijuana-related health effects

Per C.R.S. 25-1.5-110, the Retail Marijuana Public Health Advisory Committee was appointed to review the science of marijuana-related health effects. The committee is responsible for reviewing the current scientific literature, summarizing the evidence, and translating the evidence into public health statements and recommendations that everybody can understand.
The committee developed a systematic, unbiased criteria for selecting and evaluating studies to determine the weight of scientific evidence for marijuana health effects.
