Resource Programs

Community Engagement

Colorado PTA is pleased to announce its support of the Colorado Academic Standards as they align with the Common Core State Standards and has partnered with the Colorado Department of Education to develop parent, family, and teacher resources to help understand what those standards consist of.

Special Education

Getting started with the special education process can be daunting, but the right resources and support can help make it a little easier. Families are children’s best advocates!

Military Alliance for Parents and Partners

Ten years ago, when a military deployment took place, the communities most affected were those near a military base. Today, with the increased deployment of reservists and National Guard a military deployment can affect a whole community.
